Shri Arvind Kumar Singh, learned Standing Counsel raises a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the writ petition and states that the petitioner has alternative efficacious remedy of appeal against the impugned order. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy as provided under the law. In the event, the appeal is preferred within three weeks from today, the same shall be decided on its merit without raising objection with regard to the limitation.
