¶1The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant seeking quashing the order dated

13.05.2011 and proceeding of Complaint Case No.209 of 2011 (Virendra Kumar Gupta Vs. Santosh Patidar and others), under Section 138, 141 N.I. Act pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.2, Aligarh.

¶2At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants do not want to press this application, therefore, they may be allowed to withdraw this application.

¶3Learned AGA has no objection to such prayer.
