¶1Sri S.K. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the Food Corporation of India has made a statement before this court that he has contacted learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and in response, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has informed him that his client is not turning up, therefore, this matter may be dismissed as not pressed.

¶2In view of the aforesaid statement given by Sri S.K. Mishra, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
