By means of the present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Azamgarh to consider and decide S.T. No.251 of 2020 (State of U.P. Vs. Rajesh Sonkar) arising out of Case Crime No.48/2020 under Sections 498A, 304B of IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, Police Station Mehnazpur, District Azamgarh within time stipulated by this Court. It was submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid case is pending since the year 2020 but due to which, applicant is suffering irreparable loss. Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time. No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed off with a direction to Sessions Judge, Azamgarh to consider and decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, in accordance with law.
