¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. appearing for the State respondents.

¶2Present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 29.6.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 449 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366 IPC, Police Station Kotwali, District Fatehpur. Further prayer has been made to not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioner requested that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition with liberty to file anticipatory bail / bail application.
