¶1Heard Shri Krishna Shukla, Advocate holding brief of Shri Ishan Deo Giri, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondent.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 27.09.2023 in Case Crime No. 0556 of 2023, under Sections 406, 420, 506 IPC and Section 3 (1)(Da), 3(1)(Dha) SC/ST Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Azamgarh.

¶3After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to the petitioner, under the law.

¶4Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
