15.08.2023 and to enquire the information received in compliance with the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005. He has also prayed for a direction upon the respondent authority to initiate inquiry. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has moved an application before the competent authority requiring some information but wrong information has been provided to him, therefore, he has moved a representation before the competent authority requesting to decide the same, however, it has failed to elicit any response. On the aforesaid, Sri Kunal Ravi Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 submits that the petitioner has a remedy of filing first appeal in case he is aggrieved by the information given to him. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the authority concerned that in case the petitioner files first appeal within three weeks from today, same may be decided as expeditiously as possible.
