¶1By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner prays for further time to deposit the amount of Rs.30,000/- in terms of the order dated 28.10.2021 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Writ-C No.28338 of 2021.

¶2Learned counsel for the Electricity Department states that for the relief claimed in the writ petition, the appropriate remedy for the petitioner is to file an application for modification of the order dated 28.10.2021 in the earlier writ petition. He, however, submits that if the petitioner desires One Time Settlement, he may approach the Electricity Department.
