By means of the present writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and direct the respondent nos. 2 & 3 to protect of the life and liberty of the petitioners from the harassment and illegal act of respondent no. 4 and not to interfere in peaceful living of the petitioners. Further, it is stated that private respondent and other family members have got annoyed and there is serious danger to the lives of the petitioners as they are being threatened and harassed. Learned Addl.C.S.C. pointed out that petitioner no.1 is already married to respondent no.4 and no documents of dissolution of marriage is filed, therefore, the case is squarely covered with the judgment of this Court passed in Asha Devi & Anr. Vs. State of U.P. and Ors. passed in Writ-C No.18743 of 2020. Since the petitioner no.1 is already marred to respondent no.4, therefore, the matter is squarely covered with the judgment of this Court passed in Asha Devi & Anr. Vs.
