¶1Heard Sri Ainul Haq, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ratan Singh, learned AGA for the State.

¶2The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to set aside the order dated 03.11.2023 passed by the respondent no. 3 i.e., Child Welfare Committee, District Jaunpur.

¶3Learned AGA on pointed query about the maintainability of the writ petition as well as the facts asserted that petitioner has already been arrested and is in jail, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail remedy as may be available to him in accordance with law.
