¶1The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of attachment passed by the District Magistrate, Moradabad under the provision of U.P. Gangster & Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986.

¶2Against the order impugned, the petitioner has a statutory remedy of filing an objection/representation as provided under Section 15 of the Act.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this objection has already been filed.

¶4Under the circumstances, the petition is disposed of directing the District Magistrate, Moradabad to decide the objection/representation filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of certified copy of this order filed before him.
