¶1Heard Shri Shashi Kant Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Rajesh Kumar Madhesiya, learned State Law Officer for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 16.08.2023 in Case Crime No. 0271 of 2023, under Sections 143, 420, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Mughalsarai, District Chandauli.

¶3Learned State Law Officer for the State-respondents submitted that vide C.D. No. 11, dated 27.09.2023 charge-sheet has been submitted against all the 13 accused persons and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
