¶1Heard Shri Dileep Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Ratan Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 19.07.2023 in Case Crime No. 196 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 354, 452, 504, 506 IPC and Section 9m/10 of POCSO Act, Police Station Idergarh, District Kannauj.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 243 of 2023 has been filed on 21.10.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
