¶1Heard Sri Shiva Ji, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ratan Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 27.03.2023 in Case Crime No. 0071 of 2023, under Sections 420, 504 & 506 IPC and Section 3(2)(va) of SC/ST, Police Station Aliganj, District Etah.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 112 of 2023 has been filed on 25.05.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
