The present transfer application has been filed to transfer the Criminal Case No. 1826 of 2019 arising out of Case Crime No. 999 of 2018, under Section 323, 504, 506 IPC, pending in the court of Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad to any competent court of Pratapgarh Judgeship. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is first informant in the above noted case. It is further submitted that two other cases between the parties being Transfer Application (Criminal) Nos. 130 of 2019 and 112 of 2023 have been transferred from Allahabad to Pratapgarh Judgeship by a Co-ordinate Bench and this Court on 13.09.2019 and 21.09.2023 respectively. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, this transfer application is liable to be allowed. Accordingly, this transfer application is allowed. The Criminal Case No. 1826 of 2019 arising out of Case Crime No. 999 of 2018, under Section 323, 504, 506 IPC, pending in the court of Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad is transferred to competent court of Pratapgarh Judgeship.
