¶2Learned counsel for the respondent has produced the notice served upon the learned counsel for the petitioners intimating him that the matter shall be taken up at 10.00 AM. A copy of this notice is taken on record.

¶3It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that the charge sheet has already been filed by the police after investigation. A copy of the charge sheet is also taken on record.
