¶1The present petition has been filed inter-alia with the prayer to set aside the order dated 26.04.2023 passed by the respondent no.4 in Case No. 2695 of 2022 (Shahjad Anwar Shamsi vs. Mohd. Akbar Shamsi) in Computerized Case No. T202213540102695 under Section 25(1) Uttar Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 1860. Further to direct the respondent no.4 and 5 not to interfere in functioning of earlier Committee of Management elected on

18.10.2020.

¶2The aforesaid order was passed in the proceedings initiated under sub-Section 1 of Section 25 of the Societies Registration Act, 1860.

¶3Today when the matter is taken up, it is very fairly argued by the counsel for the petitioner that after the aforesaid order was passed certain subsequent developments were taken place. Hence a prayer has been made to dismiss the present petition as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition.

¶4Prayer is allowed.
