¶1For last three weeks notice is being placed on noticeboard that all passed over matters shall be taken up in first call.

¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 19.8.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 414 of 2023, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Naini, District Yamuna Nagar (Commissionerate Prayagraj).

¶3No one is present to press this petition on behalf of the petitioner.

¶4Sri Rajesh Kumar Upadhyay, learned counsel appearing for the informant and learned A.G.A. are present.

¶5Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
