¶1Heard Sri Amit Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Virendra Kumar Pal, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 24.9.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 205 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 304B, 201, 120B IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, P.S. Dohari Ghat, District Mau. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.

¶3Learned A.G.A. has informed this Court that in the present case vide CD No. 18 final report dated 13.11.2023 has already been submitted.
