¶1In compliance of the earlier order dated 31.10.2023, instruction dated 19.11.2023 is placed before the Court which is taken on record.

¶2Mr. Atul Kumar Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents on the basis of instruction submitted that four cases under Section 67 (1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been registered against the persons who are in possession over the same. The particular of the cases are as follows:-

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances, the instant public interest litigation is finally disposed of directing the respondent no.4, Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, District Ghazipur to decide the aforementioned cases expeditiously after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties within period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
