¶1It appears from the record that the petitioner has filed an application under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 bearing Case No.2518 of 2022 titled as Punjab National Bank v. M/s Bajaj Constructions and others on

31.08.2022.

¶2Grievance of the petitioner is that the aforesaid application is not being decided and, therefore, the petitioner is not able to take possession of the property in question.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel states that the aforesaid application would be decided by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad expeditiously.

¶4Keeping in mind that the petitioner has to recover the loan amount due to the borrowers-respondent Nos.3 and 4, we direct that Case No.2518 of 2022 titled as Punjab National Bank v. M/s Bajaj Constructions and others be decided within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
