¶1Heard Sri Shailendra Kumar Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Mukul Tripathi, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2Present writ petition has been filed seeking enforcement of the order dated 30.03.2021 passed by the SDM (Sadar), Kanpur Nagar in Case No. 08076 of 2021 (Imtiyaz Mohammad Vs. Naushad & Ors.). On 09.11.2023, we had passed the below quoted order : "1. Shri Mukul Tripathi, learned Standing Counsel prays for time to obtain written instruction why the order dated 30.03.2021 has not been complied. It would also indicate if efforts had been made, why recoveries are pending. Written instructions would also disclose all efforts that was made.

¶2Put up as fresh on 30 November 2023."

¶3Today, Sri Mukul Tripathi, learned Standing Counsel informs, the order dated 30.03.2021 passed by the SDM (Sadar), Kanpur Nagar has been complied on 28.11.2023.
