¶1Heard Sri H.R. Mishra, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Abhishek Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned AGA appearing for the State respondents and Sri Shivangi Singh, holding brief of Sri Satyam Singh, learned counsel for the informant. Sri Kundan Rai, learned counsel for the Co-operative Bank is present.

¶2Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned FIR report dated

30.10.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 300 of 2023, under Section 409 IPC, P.S. Aliganj, District Etah.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to him in law.

¶4Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
