¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.C.Upadhayay, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent.

¶2In response to the order dated 30.10.2023, Sri S.C.Upadhayay, learned Standing Counsel has placed the instruction dated

29.11.2023 sent by Sub Divisional Magistrate Shahganj, Jaunpur appending therein the order 28.11.2023 passed by District Magistrate Jaunpur, whereby, claim of the petitioner under 'Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatana Kalyan Yojana' has been turned down. Copy of the order dated 28.11.2023 is provided to learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶3On the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, leave is accorded to the petitioner assail the validity of the order dated 28.11.2023 in the appropriate proceeding as per law.
