¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to Session Judge, Firozabad for early decision of S.T. No. 181 of 2016 (State Vs. Girish Chand and others), arising out of case crime no. 707 of 2015, under Section 302, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station-Sirsa Ganj, District Firozabad, within stipulated period.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to Session Judge, Firozabad to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, if possible within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
