¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent.

¶2The petitioner has preferred the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India inter-alia with the prayer to direct the Court below, i.e., District Judge Azamgarh to decide the Misc. Case No.127 of 2022 (Satya Narayan Singh Vs. State of U.P.) expeditiously.

¶3It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that aforesaid Misc. Case is filed in the year 2022 and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been issued. It is argued that due to the pendency of the aforesaid case, the petitioner is suffering irreparable loss and prays for expeditious disposal of the same.

¶4In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid Misc. Case expeditiously strictly in accordance with law and without granting unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment.
