¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to District & Session Judge, Mathura for early decision of S.T. No.749 of 2013 (State vs. Lakhan Singh and 3 others) arising out of Case Crime No.966 of 2012, under Section 147, 148, 149, 307, 302 I.P.C. and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station-Vrindavan, District-Mathura within stipulated period.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to District & Session Judge, Mathura to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, maximum within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
