¶1Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suspension order which has been challenged in the writ petition has already been revoked and the writ petition to that extent is rendered infructuous. He further submits that the representation of the petitioner regarding his claim for promotion has been rejected by the concerned respondent vide order dated 03.11.2023 and since this order has been passed during the pendency of the writ petition, he need to challenge the same and therefore submits that this writ petition may be directed to be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh.
