This instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant seeking direction to modify the order dated 21.06.2023 passed by Special Judge Exclusive Special Court, (S.C./S.T. Act), Maharajganj in ST No. 148 of 2020 by adding Sections 3(2)5 S.C./S.T. Act along with Sections 302 & 120-B I.P.C. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant does not want to press this application, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw this application. Learned A.G.A. for the State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party nos. 2 to 5 has no objection to such prayer. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the applicant at the bar, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed.
