Applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure with the prayer to expedite the Complaint Case No. 547 of 2016, titled Sanjay Kumar vs. Yogendra Singh, under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station Khutar, District Shahjahanpur, pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Powayan, Shahjahanpur. During the course of hearing, it is not disputed by the learned counsel that the trial is summary in nature which is at the advanced stage as both the sides have adduced their respective evidences. Considering the above stage of the trial, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction for expeditious disposal of the case. The application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed.
