¶1Case called out in the revised list. Nobody appears on behalf of petitioner.

¶2Heard learned Standing Counsel and perused the record.

¶3The writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondent No. 2 to decide the Case No. 5825 of 2022 "Computer Case No. T202215510405825" (Report Vs. Surendra Yadav) u/s 67 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the court of Tehsildar Tehsil Mohammadabad Gohna, District Mau within stipulated period specified by this Hon'ble Court."

¶4Learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner is not a party to the aforesaid proceedings, therefore, the writ petition at his behest is not maintainable.

¶5In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

¶6Since the proceedings are pending, it is expected that the same will be decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.
