As per office report dated 29.11.2023 neither undelivered cover of NEC nor any one has put in appearance after service of notice. Therefore, service of notice upon appellants is deemed to be sufficient. No one appears on behalf of the appellants even in the revised call. It appears that by the afflux of time the appellants have lost interest in pursuing their case. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
