¶1Heard Sri Rajiv Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Gaurav Singh, learned counsel for the Electricity Department and learned Standing Counsel.

¶2Learned counsel for the Electricity Department states that against the demand notice dated 7.6.2022 issued under Section 3 of the U.P. Government Undertaking (Dues Recovery) Act, 1958, the petitioner was required to file reply. If the petitioner is so advised, he may file reply to that notice.

¶3Under such circumstances, we are refraining from interfering. The Court also notes that the demand notice was issued on

7.6.2022 and the petitioner has approached this Court in the month of November, 2023.
