¶1The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue licence to the petitioners for running their businesses from platform nos. 31 to 71 in the vending zone no. 1, work circle-2, NOIDA.

¶2Sri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of NOIDA Authority on instructions states that so far there is no allotment of any vending zone in favour of the petitioners. He submits that grievances of the petitioners shall be examined by the Grievance Redressal Committee.

¶3Since, disputed questions of facts are involved, therefore, we refrain from expressing any opinion on merits. We direct the petitioners to approach the Grievance Redressal Committee for redressal of their grievances. It is further provided that in case, the petitioners file their claim before the Committee within two weeks along with copy of the instant order, it shall be examined by the Committee within next six weeks.
