¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

¶2The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer that court below be directed to decide the Criminal Case No. 2699 of 2018 (State Vs. Devendra Kumar and another) in Case Crime No. 443 of 2017, under Sections 420, 467, 468 I.P.C., Police Station Dibiyapur, District Auraiya, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Auraiya, expeditiously within a stipulated period.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the lower court may be directed to decide the case as mentioned above expeditiously within a time frame as decided by this Court.

¶4Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case within a period of ten months expeditiously fixing short dates in the matter if there is no other legal impediment.
