¶2Sri Kailash Nath, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present anticipatory bail application may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an appeal under Section 14-A of SC/ST Act.

¶3In view of the statement so made, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
