¶1The present matter has been nominated to this Court by order of Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice.

¶2A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned Standing Counsel that the writ petitioner is presently working in Sultanpur in respondent Corporation and Mandamus is being sought against the second respondent, Uttar Pradesh Parivahan Nigam Limited, Sultanpur, thus, the present matter does not lie before this Court.

¶3The said facts have not been disputed by learned counsel for the writ petitioner
