¶1After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the effect to direct the court below before whom the matter was remanded by the order dated 1.9.2023 passed by Additional District Judge, Court No.2, Moradabad in Civil Revision No. 97 of 2022 (Virendra Singh Vs. Sushil Thakur and others) to decide the same expeditiously.

¶2In view of the aforesaid prayer, this Court without interfering with the order dated 1.9.2023 passed by the Additional District Judge, Court No. 2 Moradabad, directing the court below to decide the Application 27C afresh as expeditiously as possible, as per the the direction given by the revisional court in Civil Revision No. 97 of 2022 decided on 1.9.2023.
