¶1List has been revised. Nobody is present on behalf of the petitioners.

¶2Present petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief:- "A. Issue a order or direction direct the learned Court of Civil Judge (J.D.)/ Judicial Magistrate, Dumariyaganj Siddharthnagar to decide the proceedings of Original Suit No. 368 of 1989 (Ram Adhare Vs. Mansha and another) for permanent prohibitory injunction pending before the Court of Civil Judge (J.D.)/ Judicial Magistrate, Dumariyaganj, Siddharthnagar expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

¶3From the perusal of the record it transpires that the suit was filed in the year 1989 and the same is still pending consideration.

¶4In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that it is a fit case in which a direction be issued to the court below to decide the same expeditiously.

¶5The court below is directed to decide the aforesaid suit most expeditiously strictly in accordance with law and without granting unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment.
