¶1Heard Shri Zainul Abdin, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 21.01.2023 in Case Crime No. 0036 of 2023, under Sections 147, 452, 354, 506, 376D IPC and Section 67 of Information Technology Act, Police Station Ghakurdwara, District Moradabad.

¶3Learned counsel for the informant submitted that the charge-sheet no. 202 of 2023 has been forwarded on 24.06.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.

¶4In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
