¶1Instructions filed by learned counsel for the Electricity Department, Sri Pranjal Mehrotra, be kept on record.

¶2From the instructions, it has been pointed out that the recovery was being made from the previous Director, Sri Pramod Kumar Singh, and not from the petitioner, who is the successful resolution applicant.

¶3Under such circumstances, we find that no cause of action accrued to the petitioner.

¶4Learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed that the present writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
