¶1Heard Shri Surendra Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.
¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 10.01.2023 in Case Crime No. 0007 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 147, 323 IPC and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Bhatani, District Deoria.
¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. A40 of 2023 has been forwarded on 06.03.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
