No.39 of 2018 (State vs. Harilal) arising out of case crime no.92 of 2017, under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 307, 302 IPC, P.S. Rampur, District-Jaunpur within the stipulated period. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Jaunpur to decide the S.T. No. 39 of 2018 (State vs. Harilal) arising out of case crime no.92 of 2017, under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 307, 302 IPC, P.S. Rampur, District-Jaunpur in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
