¶1Heard Shri Vinod Kumar Maurya, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 20.11.2022 in Case Crime No. 1100 of 2022, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 376 IPC, Police Station Kasaya, District Kushinagar.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
