¶1Heard Sri Arvind Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri G.P. Singh, learned AGA for the State.

¶2The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 28.09.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 0221 of 2023, under Section 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 504 and 506 IPC, P.S. Sahpau, District Hathras, and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail remedy anticipatory bail/bail as permissible under law and in accordance with law.
