¶2No one appears on behalf of the revisionist to press this revision. Sri Bade Lal Bind, learned State counsel is present, who has been heard.

¶3The present revision has been filed by the revisionist Momraj against the impugned order dated 01.07.2008 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, Bulandshahr in Case No. 1560 of 1994 under Section 7(1), 16(1) (A)(1) the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act convicting and sentencing the revisionist to undergo one year R.I. and fine of Rs. 2,000/- and against the judgment and order dated 05.10.2016 passed by learned Additional Session Judge Court No.1, Bulandshahr in Criminal Appeal No. 34 of 2008 (Momraj Vs. State) awarding six months R.I. and fine of Rs. 2,000/- to the revisionist.

¶4As per office report dated 29.11.2023 a report from C.J.M. concerned has been received in compliance of the order dated

30.10.2023, non bailable warrant could not be executed as the revisionist has died. In compliance of the said order, C.J.M. concerned vide letter dated 07.11.2023 informed that the revisionist - Momraj has died. The said report has been sent after due enquiry.

¶5In view of the same, the revision stands abated.
