Learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 submits that the present writ petition is a second writ petition, as, the earlier petition bearing Writ C No.24606 of 2016 has been dismissed for non prosecution by order dated 17.11.2021, in which, the present petitioner was the petitioner no.3. Accordingly, the second writ petition is dismissed as the earlier writ petition has been dismissed for non prosecution and the petitioner has the remedy to file restoration application in the earlier writ petition.
