Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the learned Special Judge N.I. Act, Ghaziabad to decide the Complaint Case No.1069 of 2023 (Satendra Kumar Tyagi Vs. Mahesh Chand), under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, P.S. Kavi Nagar, District-Ghaziabad in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
