The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur to decide the Case No.1308 of 2021 (Laxmi Kanojiya Vs. Ashish Kanojiya), under section 128 of Cr.P.C., District-Jaunpur within the stipulated period. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur to decide the Case No.1308 of 2021 (Laxmi Kanojiya Vs. Ashish Kanojiya), under section 128 of Cr.P.C., District-Jaunpur in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
