¶3This petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated 22.12.2022 registered as Case Crime No.691 of 2022, under Sections 406, 120B, 506 IPC, Police Station-Jahangirabad District-Bulandshahar. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned First Information Report.
